At Tall Tree Translations Ltd we treat customers’ personal information and details extremely seriously. We require your postal address to deliver your order, and to comply with government invoicing guidelines, e-mail address to deliver your job as well as promotional emails if you have requested them, telephone number in case we have any issues with your job or financial information to take payment and your name, so we know what to call you.

Please note that is can take up to 24 hours to be removed from our list therefore you may be selected for one final email before removal.

We will email you updates and promotions if you were receiving them prior to May 2018 and have not unsubscribed under legitimate interest. We will only email you if you have dealt with us or opened an email from us within the last 9 months.

We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly obtain any Sensitive Personal Data about our customers, such as information about health or medical conditions, race or religious beliefs. We regularly cleanse our data and would remove anyone flagged as deceased from receiving any marketing communications from us.

If we are made aware that we have received information from anyone under the age of 13 or Sensitive Personal Data in violation of this Privacy Policy, we will immediately ensure that they do not receive marketing communications from us and will take steps to remove them from our database.

We may amend this privacy policy regularly and we will inform you via email if you are subscribed to receive marketing communications from us. The date at the top of this page will be amended each time this policy is updated. Our current privacy policy applies to all information that we have about you and your account.
